THE FOOD
Launched
last August 2003, the Night Café has been known by its sizzling music
that makes gleeful noise, profitable business stalls, and wonderful lights
galore. But can you imagine a Night Café without cuisines imposingly
displayed? Definitely not, because the Night Café is absolutely not perfect without the array of palatable and affordable delicacies. This is
one of the reasons why its mere spectators especially foreign visitors
keep on coming back. With the dishes such as barbecue ala carte, smoked and
salted fish and seafoods, dinuguan and other Filipino specialties, paired
with rice and beverages like beer and sodas, surely one will get his money’s worth.
Stall owners see to it that their customers
are really satisfied with the food. Families and groups of friends say
that the Night Café is amazing and fantastic. It’s awesome! In fact the
local government of Cagayan de Oro and the City Health see to it that each
of the food the customers are taking is free from viruses or
germs.
Truly, the Night Café is an alternative hangout from the malls
or beaches. Considering the budget allotted for this project, the
government of Cagayan de Oro, thinks of the benefits and the
development of the city.
